The Sea Beast is a minor villain from the 2003 Series. She only appears in Legend Of The Lost Treasure.

The Sea Beast is a villainous character who enslaves mermaids and owns two red fish. She experiences a change of heart after a near-death experience during an earthquake, where she must choose between saving herself or her golden sand dollars.

- Her voice actor, Pam Carter, was also the casting director and one of the voice directors for the 2003 series. She sadly passed away on February 28th, 2005, less than two weeks after Legend Of The Lost Treasure released.
