Biography[]

Sometime before the events of the series, Kiki KeyLime moved to Big Apple City to make it big in the world of baking. She achieved success in running "Bite of the City", a baking competition show where she travels across Big Apple City to show off the talents of up and coming bakers. Kiki would become one of the biggest names in baking, and became one of Strawberry Shortcake's biggest inspirations.

A billboard with Kiki KeyLime can be seen in "Berry In The Big City".

An ad featuring her can be seen in the Funnelcake System station in "Meet Huckleberry Pie".

Sometime before "KeyLime Time", Kiki filmed an episode of "Bite of the City" at the Cumin-Time Museum of Modern Art, which Strawberry was watching at the start of the episode.

In "KeyLime Time", Kiki would make her proper debut. On the way to film her next episode for "Bite of the City", Kiki would decide to order from Strawberry's food truck, much to the young baker's delight. However, Kiki ended up asking for several additions to her original ladyfingers order, and, not wanting to disappoint her idol, Strawberry quickly set out to get the ingredients before Kiki had to leave. Strawberry ended up having to substitute with whatever her friends had, and quickly put together a deconstructed tiramisu for Kiki. Kiki KeyLime ended up loving it, and she said she'll remember the Extraordinary Berry.

In "Lucky Berry", Kiki KeyLime began looking for a place to film the next episode of "Bite of the City", eventually coming across Strawberry and Orange in Golden Delicious Park. Strawberry suggested the Berryworks for the next location, and Kiki agreed, much to Strawberry's delight.

In "Johnnycake Cobbler's Sensational Sweetening Spritz", Johnnycake Cobbler claimed he was friends with Kiki KeyLime to advertise his Spritz, claiming that Kiki said bakers shouldn't waste time on baking and should use the Spritz for everything. Strawberry Shortcake and Raspberry Tart became angry at Johnnycake, as they knew she would never say such a thing about baking. The two would team up and expose Johnnycake as a fraud, causing him to be chased out of the Berryworks by the angry customers. After celebrating their victory, Raspberry and Strawberry went off to watch "Bite of the City". Raspberry initially tried to invite Strawberry so they could watch it together, but got cold feet and the two ended up watching the show alone in their food trucks.

In "Bake Off Part One", Kiki KeyLime hosted auditions for the next episode of "Bite of the City", to be filmed at the Berryworks. After going through several entries, having to inform Huck that "Bite of the City" wasn't a music competition show, and rejecting Sour Grapes' entry for just being a store-bought pie from the Purple Pieshop, Kiki was delighted at Raspberry Tart's entry, recognizing her parents as the famous Raspberry Ambrosia and Mulberry Tart. She was then distracted by Orange Blossom, Blueberry Muffin, Lime Chiffon, and Lemon Meringue, who were all stalling for Strawberry as she baked her entry for the audition. Kiki grew increasingly annoyed at them wasting her time, and was about to end the audition process before Strawberry finally arrived, much to Kiki's relief. Afterward, Kiki announced the two bakers who would get to compete in the next "Bite of the City" episode: Strawberry Shortcake and Raspberry Tart.

In "Bake Off Part Two", Kiki KeyLime began filming for the episode at the Berryworks, telling Strawberry and Raspberry they would bake a miniature replica of the Berryworks. Kiki spent the episode observing the two bakers and viewing their progress, until Strawberry slipped on some spilled chocolate syrup and accidentally destroyed Raspberry's Berryworks replica, with Raspberry tossing a handful of cake at Strawberry in retaliation, much to everyberry's shock, then confusion as the they laughed and began tossing cake at each other. Kiki KeyLime had the show cut to commercial so the mess could be cleaned up, and declared a tie between the two bakers offscreen. The episode would end up going viral on the internet.

In "Mission Unfrostable", Kiki KeyLime started a "Bite of the City" episode with a surprise announcement by the Peculiar Purple Pieman, who advertised a contest to win a months supply of mini-pies, and the winners needed to find five tokens in a Purple Pieshop pie. After discovering the contest was a scam to get berries to buy more of his pies, and he never planned on having anyone win the contest, Strawberry and Raspberry convinced their friends to team up and steal the tokens so they could give it away. After their successful heist, Strawberry and Raspberry drove off to Fruitleg Alley and gave the tokens to Caramela Éclair, before calling Kiki to tell her someberry found all the tokens. The next day, Kiki KeyLime and her film crew showed up to Purple Pieman's Berryworks store, where they began interviewing him over someberry already winning the contest, much to Pieman's confusion and disbelief.

In "Best New Year's EVER" Kiki hosted her annual "Super Sweet New Year's Eve Special", where she announced Sherry Bobbleberry and the Berry Fairies would be performing. Kiki KeyLime would also personally invite Raspberry Tart and Strawberry Shortcake to the event, much to their delight. Once they arrived, Kiki began to talk to them, but was interrupted by an assistant informing her that the Berry Fairies would arrive late. Kiki left so she could take care of the situation, but ended up taking so long at Strawberry and Raspberry didn't get to spend any time with her. The two bakers decided to tell Kiki that they appreciated the invite, but they decided to spend the rest of New Years Eve with their friends. The rest of the event proceeded as planned, with the live performance by the Berry Fairies, and the dropping of the gumball in Times Pear.

In "Music in Our Hearts", Kiki KeyLime was one of the judges for Poachella auditions. She, along with Banoffee, Sherry Bobbleberry, and Genoise la Creme decided that Huckleberry Pie and the other Berry Besties woud get to perform the pre-show for the Berry Fairies performance at Poachella.

In "Let the Good Times Roll", Kiki was briefly seen during the song, standing in a circle with some of the Berry Besties' parents, Mrs. Crumbcake, and Honeydew Sorbet, catching Strawberry before she fell.

In "Crabapple Jam", Kiki KeyLime hosted an episode of "Bite of the City", with Crabapple Jam as a guest judge. During an interview with Crabapple, the old baker announced that she had become the new owner of the Berryworks.

In "Strawberry and the Gigantic Cake", Kiki KeyLime was one of many attendees at Banoffee's birthday party at the Cumin-Time Museum. She was briefly seen conversing with Figgy Pudding. Later in the episode, she and Banoffee wondered what was taking Strawberry and Raspberry so long to deliver the birthday cake. She, along with the rest of the guests, applauded the Berry Besties as they presented the cake to Banoffee in a dramatic entrance.

In "Kiki KeyLime's Favourite Things", Kiki hosted her annual "Super Sweet New Year's Eve Special" at the Berryworks, and personally requested Strawberry Shortcake bake something for the attendees to enjoy, much to the young baker's delight. Crabapple convinced Strawberry otherwise, then proceeded to tell Kiki that Strawberry turned down the offer, and volunteered to give away her own cookies instead. During the event, Kiki hosted a giveaway for Crabapple Jam's new stand mixers. Strawberry, angered at Crabapple's hypocrisy, initially planned on exposing her on live television, but her better judgement convinced her otherwise, and she decided not to stoop to Crabapple's level. Strawberry gave the cookies she baked for Kiki to a film crew member, who then shared it with the rest of the staff, eventually reaching Kiki, who invited Strawberry onto the stage. Kiki asked Strawberry why she baked cookies if she turned down the offer earlier, and Strawberry told Kiki that Crabapple reminded her it was more important to bake for her friends. Kiki felt that was a nice sentiment to begin the new year, and she, Strawberry, and Crabapple proceeded to host the rest of the event together.

In "The Big Apple City All-Skate Competition", Kiki KeyLime, Cherry Jam, and Banoffee hosted the competition at the Starfruit Express rollerskating rink. After every team performed their routine, they decided to crown the Berrycake Blossoms as the winner, citing their adaptability with the music changing as the reason why.

Sometime before "Aunt Praline's Sweetie Pie", Kiki met Aunt Praline, and the two hit it off. Eventually, they decided to go on a date together, which Aunt Praline unintentionally scheduled to be on Sweetie Pie's Day. Praline was nervous and considered cancelling the date, until the disastrous practice date the Berry Besties set up made her realize nothing as uncomfortable as that would happen on her real date, and she told Kiki to meet her at the Berryworks. Kiki arrived shortly afterward, apologizing to Praline for being late as she was busy with work, which Praline didn't mind. The two women left to spend the rest of the night together as the Berry Besties watched on.

In "Bake The World A Better Place", Kiki KeyLime is among the attendees for Crabapple Jam's big announcement at the Berryworks, interviewing her for Bite of the City. In Part 2, Kiki and Aunt Praline are among the berries about to go to the Crabappleworks, before noticing the Berry Besties' food trucks and going there instead. When Crabapple Jam comes out to investigate the commotion, Kiki confronts Crabapple, asking why none of the Berry Besties are working in the Berryworks anymore, and is skeptical of her explanation like everyberry else. After the Berry Besties reclaim the Berryworks, Kiki is presumably among those who help restore it to its former glory.

Appearance[]

She has a dark complexion with a brownish-dark pink high ponytail with green accents and dark olive eyes. She wears a green sleeveless dress with lime patterns, a pink pearl necklace and white thigh high boots. She's also a lot taller than all of the adult women in the series so far.

Personality[]

Kiki KeyLime is a kind-hearted and a positive person. She tends to order really specific food that could be considered expensive or fancy. Kiki is unlike her colleagues, the Peculiar Purple Pieman and Crabapple Jam, as she genuinely cares for her fans and loves to hear and talk to them as well as being kinder in general, however she's still a busy celebrity on a schedule. She doesn't mistreat her staff either unlike them. She also recognizes Strawberry for her talents in baking from her first interaction with her and the bake off and is nice enough to invite her and Raspberry to events.

Trivia[]

  • She can been seen in the backgrounds of some episodes and miscellaneous shorts before her appearance on the Keylime Time episode.

  • She and Aunt Praline are the first canonical sapphic couple, as they start dating in Aunt Praline’s Sweetie Pie.
