Summary[]
Bread Pudding and Lime Chiffon run into the most fashionable berry they’ve ever seen. Bread NEEDS to impress her but goes about it the wrong way.
Plot[]
Bread Pudding and Lime Chiffon reads fashion magazines together, admiring outfits from each of the pages. Strawberry Shortcake serves the two chocolate croissants. She informs the audience that Bread and Lime started a weekly fashion brunch to bond over their mutual love for fashion, she compliments how they're so in sync that they end up saying the same things and finds it adorable but a little bit creepy. Bread notices that the model of the Vanity Pear cover has a model wearing Fluffy Chiffon's waistcoat and notices a girl wearing the same coat. The two noticed that the girl has slightly altered his waistcoat and wants to meet her for her vision of style.
The two approaches and introduces themselves to her and she greets them back introducing herself as Crepes Suzette. Bread asks her about the altered waistcoat and she explains that although she loves it, the cut didn't fit her so she adjusted it. She also tells them that she's an aspiring fashion designer and Lime tells her that she and Bread love fashion as well and invites her to their fashion brunch, which excites Crepe and wants to participate in the brunch but Bread stops her, informing her that the brunch will start in an hour. Crepe accepts their invitation and asks if she can take photos for inspiration and departs, hoping to see them in an hour.
After she left, Lime asks bread why he's delaying the brunch and he responds, telling her that they're not trendy enough for Crepe and plans to give the brunch a better setup, outfits and better food. He grabs Lime and prepares for the brunch. While Strawberry looks up the word avant-garde, the two go to the Blooming Berries Department Store searching for outfits.
They're almost done revamping the Clubhouse to look like a VIP room, Bread suggests if Lemon Meringue could be the bouncer and Strawberry gives the two their avant-garde cake, the two are startled by it but Bread still accepts the cake. Lime sighs and tells Strawberry that she likes their brunch the way it is but Bread wants to impress Crepe. Strawberry advice Lime to change nothing about the brunch because it's impressive they way it is. After Strawberry departs, Lime was going to confront him about the brunch but Crepe arrived to the clubhouse. Bread introduces her to the brunch but she is disappointed. He thinks that she doesn't like it but she asks if he likes the way he presented the brunch. Lime reassures him and tells Crepe that although she and him like to try new things but the brunch's recent revamp isn't their vibe.
Crepe is relieved as she is very frustrated by the many times that other people tried to impress her by pretending or being avant-garde, Bread sarcastically says who would do something like this while immediately getting rid of his new outfit and asks Crepe if she wants to go outside to eat and she accepts, she also mentions that she brought chocolate croissants with her. Bread and Lime swiftly burns and extinguishes the cake and expresses their love for the pastry. The three are outside reading fashion magazines while enjoying their foods, Strawberry watches them and still finds it adorable but a bit creepy.
