Cherry Crisp is a character introduced in Strawberry Shortcake: Berry in the Big City. She's Orange Crisp and Cherry Blossom's older daughter and Orange Blossom's older sister.
Appearance[]
Cherry Crisp doesn't show much of her theming. Cherry has orange hair in long faux dreads, dark skin, orange eyes, and wears mascara along purple-hued lipstick. She wears blue jeans with an orange tank top. Her tank top has a cherry emblem matching her mother's and her jeans have a prominent belt. She also wears blue hoop earrings and a blue choker. Her shoes are laced boots matching her mother's color-wise and they have a heart emblem on both sides.
Personality[]
Like her parents, Cherry Crisp hasn’t had much focus on her character and demonstrates her personality through smaller moments in her appearances. In Berry Bounty Banquet (Part 2), she shows concern for the unusual way where Strawberry is acting and helps in rebuilding Aunt Praline’s flat with the other families. In Berry Bounty Bolt, she is shown to be as athletic and competitive much like the rest of her family. In "Orange's Slumber Party", she is depicted as more of a "stereotypical teenager", who constantly looks at her phone and talks in a rather disinterested tone.
Trivia[]
- She is the second character to be a sister of Orange Blossom. The first is Orange's sister from the Berry Bitty Adventures comics published by Ape Entertainment, who looked like a teenage version of the 1980s Orange Blossom and only appeared in two panels.
- She is one of many cherry-themed characters throughout the franchise. There's Cherry Cuddler, Crepes Suzette, Cherry Jam, Cherry Blossom, Cherry Streusel and Cherry Vanilla.
