Berry Bitty City is the place main setting of Strawberry Shortcake's Berry Bitty Adventures and the home of Strawberry and her friends. The town itself is a democracy, though the Berrykins are ruled by their princess, Princess Berrykin

- Strawberry Shortcake- Strawberry owns the Berry Bitty Café, which is located in the center of Berry Bitty City. She also owns Berry Bitty Market.
- Lemon Meringue- Lemon owns Lemon Salon, which is directly behind Berry Bitty Café.
- Raspberry Torte- Raspberry owns Fresh Fashions Boutique, located on the left side of Lemon Salon.
- Blueberry Muffin- Blueberry owns Blueberry Books. Her bookstore is located on roughly the left side of Fresh Fashion Boutique
- Plum Pudding- Plum owns Sweet Beats Studio, which is across from Blueberry's bookstore.
- Orange Blossom - Orange owns Orange Mart, the general store in Berry Bitty City. Located on the right of the dance studio.
- Cherry Jam - She's a singer and musician, but doesn't own any businesses. She is a music teacher though.
- Sweet Grapes and Sour Grapes- The twins work as chefs. They had previously ran their business out of a food truck, but had since transferred to Berry Bitty Café.
- Apple Dumplin' - Apple is a traveling blogger
- Huckleberry Pie- Huckleberry owns Huckleberry's Home for Pets
- Jadeybug- Post office clerk
- Postmaster Bumblebee- Manager of the post office, and one of the mail carriers
- Mr. Longface - He owns Berry Bitty Mini Golf Course
- Custard- Strawberry's pet cat
- Pupcake- Strawberry's pet dog
- Tom Tom- Huckleberry's pet dog
- The various pet puppies the other girls adopted

Owned by Strawberry Shortcake, Berry Bitty Cafe is often used as a hot spot for characters to meet up in the series.
Berry Bitty Market[]
Also Owned by Strawberry Shortcake and was made to help Orange Blossom with overflow from her own shop.
Orange Mart[]
Owned by Orange Blossom, Orange Mart is a convenience store within Berry Bitty City. Inside the store is the Mail Office for the city.
Lemon Salon[]
A salon owned and ran by Lemon Meringue known for mani-pedis and of course haircuts.
Blueberry Books[]
A library owned and ran by Blueberry Muffin. Bonsley Bookworm can also be seen working here.
Fresh Fashions Boutique[]
Own and ran by Raspberry Torte, the boutique is well known for clothing designed and sewn by Raspberry.
Sweet Beats Studio[]
Own and ran by Plum Pudding, the sweet beats studio is an often-visited dance studio where Plum teaches the girls and Berrykins how to dance.
Berryworks[]
Where the city produces juice.
The Berrykin Nursery Playground[]
Mentioned in the 2016 comics and used as a main plot driver. The playground is for all of the baby berrykins and has a train ride, won by Strawberry Shortcake in a baking contest.
