Andrea Eva Libman (July 19, 1984) is a Canadian voice actress. She is the current voice of Lemon Meringue, and holds the current record for the longest tenure of voicing a Strawberry Shortcake character at nearly 11 combined years (not counting the years inbetween franchise installments).
